Sounds like a medium sized dog. (ie. bulldog) Somewhat dumb sounding. Growls, barks, yelps.

Scamper

A small rodent like creature. Is very speedy. Makes high pitched squeaks. Is not very aggressive, sounds a little cowardly.

Newt

Physically weak (almost like a nerd in animal form) Spends a lot of time in water, so a lot of noises sound somewhat slimy. Moans, groans, grunts, glubs.

Grumble

Largest character in the game with the deepest voice. Menacing, but slightly dumb. Sounds like a cross between a gorilla and a bull. Roars, bellows, Growls.

Dart

A speedy character with a surprisingly laid back attitude. He has the ability to become invisible. Sounds a little dumb. Makes the kind of noises a sloth might make.

Bubbles

A Serene sounding underwater creature that heals those around it. Makes ‘glub’ sounds even above water. Sounds like a whale. It’s vocalisations sound a little musical.

Pokey

Agile and powerful, Pokey charges at his foes like a bull. He is quite heavy compared to the other characters. He is very aggressive. He growls, roars, grunts and pants. Sounds similar to a bull.

Toot

A small aquatic/reptilian creature. Is an opportunist when it comes to battle, and often flees when things get dangerous. He has a long snout which is almost like a horn, and so sounds a little nasally.

Spiral

A small creature that inhabits a shell several times it’s own size. Quite meek, it makes quite quite high pitched shrieks. However, it has the ability to ‘deploy’. Essentially it retreats inside it’s shell, and a cannon emerges from the hole on it’s shell. The cannon makes an organic ‘squishy’ boom when it fires.
